Arrests

1. Arrest for Noise Violation, 9:10 PM Tuesday, December 14, 2021, Block 900 East Chestnut Street (LT) – Orlando A. Flores, M / 41, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after playing music in a garage, at a volume such as could be heard across the property lines , which bothered others in the area. A citation has been filed.

2. Arrest for disorderly conduct, 1:56 p.m., Tuesday, December 14, 2021, 917 South Prince Street – Dirty Ol ‘Tavern (LT) – Austin L. Charles, M / 33, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after being observed screaming and throwing objects inside the business, in the presence of other customers. A citation has been filed.

3. Public arrest for drunkenness, 7:34 p.m., Friday, December 10, 2021, 1360 Columbia Avenue – Giant Food Store (LT) – Jazel Rodriguez, M / 18, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after appearing at his workplace under the influence of marijuana. Rodriguez also caused a disturbance inside the store. A citation has been filed.

1. Theft of lost or misplaced property, December 14, 2021, 1004 Harrisburg Pike – Turkey Hill (MT) – A sports bag and its contents were taken from the store, after being accidentally left by the owner. Total loss: $ 500.00.

2. Criminal mischief, 12:00 am to 5:00 am, Wednesday, December 15, 2021, 500 Wallingford Road (MT) block – Unknown people punctured the tires of a vehicle, which was parked overnight. Total loss: $ 400.00.

3. Retail Theft, 1:10 p.m. Thursday, December 16, 2021, 1575 Fruitville Pike – Ulta Beauty (MT) – Three (3) unknown black men filled four (4) baskets with colognes and perfumes and stole them from the store. Total loss to be determined.

4. Retail Flight, 2:04 PM, Thursday December 16, 2021, 2363 Oregon Pike – CVS Pharmacy (MT) – An unknown woman stole a reusable bag from the store. Total loss: $ 1.19.

5. Robbery, 3:25 p.m., Thursday, December 16, 2021, 700 block Skyline Drive (MT) – Two (2) men showed up at the victim’s home, assaulted her, and stole $ 100.00 in cash and a pair of $ 200.00 sneakers.
