Work is currently underway to convert the space into two studio apartments totaling over 5,300 square feet and a 600 square foot office. The new home comes after the company struggled to find a North East studio that was easily accessible and adaptable to the needs of each project.
Silvio said: “We create content for businesses and individuals as well as music videos. We’ve been doing that for about five years now, filming in the North East, but we’ve always had the problem of the studios we use. being too small or difficult to access.
“We weren’t able to do what we wanted to do or what we needed to do to get the right shots. But when we’ve worked in London or Manchester, we never seem to have those issues.
“Our clients are growing in the North East, so we decided to get a location that was easily accessible by car or on foot for locals and had the space to solve the problem for us.”
The company, which has worked with restaurant chains, dental practices and luxury real estate brands, hopes the new space will open up new opportunities such as film and television.
“We do everything – videos, photography and graphic design,” Silvio added.
“We want to create a one stop shop that businesses can go to. We believe Newcastle is one of the most beautiful cities in England and is meant to be a great media center where everyone should have a top of the range. linespace to go to, no matter how small, to create the content they want to create.”
