Phoebe Bridgers Moves All 2021 Gigs Outdoors, Announces COVID-19 Protocols

Phoebe Bridgers has changed the itinerary for her upcoming fall tour to consist of outdoor concerts only. Additionally, Bridgers detailed updated COVID-19 protocols for the race, as proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for entry where permitted by law.

The tour opening has been moved to the Chesterfield Amphitheater in St. Louis from The Pageant and will still be on September 3 before Phoebe’s appearance in Bonnaroo on September 4. Bridgers continue the race with stops in Louisville on September 5 and Indianapolis on September 5. .

Phoebe’s set at the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago on September 10 will be followed by performances in Minneapolis, Madison, Detroit, Lewiston (New York), Pittsburgh, Columbus, Charlotte, Raleigh, Philadelphia, Dover (Delaware), New York City, Boston and Cleveland for the rest of the month. October shows include both Austin City Limits Music Festival weekends and headlining concerts in Birmingham, Berkeley and Los Angeles as well as an appearance at the Shaky Knees Music Festival in Atlanta.

“For safety’s sake, I’ve decided to only play away for the next tour,” Bridgers wrote in a statement shared on his social media. “We are moving all previously scheduled indoor shows to outdoor venues and had to reschedule shows in a few cities, so please check the updated schedule.”

“At my request, there are updated health and safety requirements. Entry will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination, ”added Phoebe. “Where not permitted by law, we will accept proof of vaccination OR proof of negative test result (PCR preferred / Antigen accepted) within 48 hours of entering these premises.”
